Spotlessly clean rooms, well equipped kitchenette, good security with key card access to respective floors, excellent location for food, shopping , transport etc

The entrance from parking is through Menara Shell...a bit inconvenient The entrance to parking is also quite narrow for big vehicles.

Great apartments with kitchen, views and comfortable bed. 4 min walk from central station.

Great location near the central station, and a friendly reception. Rooms have a good kitchen, bathroom, and nice views on higher floors. Due to my schedule haven't tried breakfast, but heard that it's ok. It's a good price/value balance with a comfortable access to the city.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I spent a whole week, and it was very pleasant. I went to JB and came back to KL.. booking it again as my first choice

Feather pillows will be better.

Feather pillows will be better. Pillows too soft, I need very firm pillows. good apartment comes with 6 pillows but if I am here with my partner, then there are not enough pillows then. kindly consider providing choice of pillows before my next stay.

Pillows too soft, ultra firm feather pillows not available. Towels and etc are prepared for single person stay not for 2 as the room suggested. Maybe next time I need to specify in my booking whether room is for 1 or 2.

Kitchen is completely equipped with necessities. We don’t have to eat outside.

Bloodstain on one of the bathrobe Water boiler is not washed properly, taste like someone cooked instant noodle(tomyam) in it.

The studio suite was very big and had great amenities.

The studio suite was very big and had great amenities. The shuttle service was very prompt and the location is great without traffic jam. I had to change the booking twice due to an emergency and the reservations team were very accommodating to assist in the change of date without additional charges.

I arrived quite early but was unable to check in due to the timing. Wish there was an executive lounge or business office area where I could quietly do my work instead of the lobby area.

Great value for money. Hotel has perfect location near to kl sentral station from where you can go everywhere. Very frendy staff who are ready to help at any time. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The only thing that could be better was view from our room because we were looking at some construction yard.

The front office supervisor needs serious retraining. First thing she asked me was if I was checking in. I mean like hello...how redundant is that question. Perhaps in the future a simple, "how may I help you?"should do the trick.

love that hotel !

23rd floor corner room. very clean, nice marble finish, sturdy doors. I value quiet and this room definitely was super quiet: almost no noise audible from outside, couldn't hear neighbours either. best of all, the bathroom was separated from the bedroom with thick walls. can take shower without even noticing it in bedroom! wonderful!

aircon thremostat did not seem to work. couldn't set it to 25C. it was either ON or OFF. woke up in morning: cold about 23C

Ok but stay be certainly be improved

Location is good near Restaurants in Little India, NU Sentral and KL Sentral rail.

Room size is good but there is a stale smell in the room. Guessed is from the bad ventilation of the toilet. The smell demands that the toilet door be closed all the time to prevent the smell going across the entire apartment. Shuttle bus service was also not available during my stay.

Would definitely choose Ascott Sentral again

Excellent location and amazing staff. They were attentive, genuinely caring but never invasive and well intentioned from check-in through check-out with both processes being extremely efficient. I felt that my needs always came first at Ascott KL Sentral and that their main aim was to make my stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. The staff from concierge to reception left a very positive impression and it was great having such a wealth of local knowledge at hand. Thank you!

This apartment hotel is situated just a few minutes walk...

This apartment hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the KL-Sentral station and the NU-Sentral mall and the monorail station. So it is pretty easy to get there from the airport or spend your last days in KL there, as there is a direct fast non stop train connection (28 minutes) to the airport. You can even check in - including your luggage - at the train station if you fly with some (not all) airlines. The apartments are very comfortable and has everything you need. There is a spacious kitchen with all you need, a working area and a bedroom with a sitting area. I had a corner room on the 17th floor, and the view was wonderful. Wifi is of course free and the speed is good. Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. There is a complimentary breakfast at a restaurant in another building, which you can access from the 5th floor. The buffet breakfast is pretty basic, but so is the price (if you book it separately). You can find lots of other restaurants and eateries and shops in the huge Nu-Sentral mall which is just a 5 minute walk away. It is a very convenient and excellent place to stay and spend your first or last days in KL.

No restaurant or coffee shop inside the hotel, only some places in the next building which is connected with the hotel on the 5th floor. No real room-service. You can order food from an outside caterer (there is a menu card in your room) and which will be delivered at the lobby. Prices are very moderate (cheap) though.
